Wow. Nothing like the demands of working full time, chasing a toddler, trying to sell a condo, being pregnant, and general busyness to make a blog die down! I can't believe how long it's been since I've written. :)
Let's see. Where to start.
One of my favorite subjects - Jeremiah. He's 17 months old today! He is a bundle of joy to say the least. He's a little fireball of energy. Super sweet and such a personality. He laughs a lot. Talks/jabbers even more. He says about 25 words and even strings some words together for short phrases. He's amazing. He's very clear about what he likes and he doesn't like.
And this week, we've been able to get something amazing to happen..... he sleeps in his crib! We haven't made it a full night yet, but we're getting closer. Hallelujah!
Other than when he's tired and it's almost bedtime, it's very rare for him to be grouchy or anything. He's just a very happy boy. He loves meeting people and tries to make friends whenever we go to the grocery store.
What else is new? Through a long court process, our tenants who didn't like to pay rent have been evicted from our condo and we're working on getting it ready to sell. We're hoping to have it on the market in about a week! Hopefully it will sell soon!
And for the pregnancy... 30 weeks today! It's going fast. We are scheduled for a C-Section on August 18th, so less than 10 weeks away. We have tentatively chosen a name, but aren't sharing it until the birth..... just in case we change our mind. :) We're starting to get things we need done and figure out logistics like a second crib and where, etc. Earlier this week, I started pulling out newborn clothes- so tiny! It seems like just yesterday Jeremiah was wearing them!
The pregnancy hasn't been as difficult as the last one, but it certainly hasn't been easy. They think I have pre-eclampsia again. I definitely have high blood pressure again. The doctor sounded doubtful that I would make it to our scheduled date at the appointment this week. The swelling is also getting worse again. So, here's hoping things calm down! As long as I make it to August, I'll consider it a win. :)
Hope everything is going well for all of you!
